APM Property Management Pte. Ltd. ("APM") is the property management arm of ARA Asset Management Limited ("ARA" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") and a unit of the real estate management services business division*.
APM is staffed by a team of experienced professionals with expertise in property and facilities management, leasing and marketing.
APM's team of experienced real estate professionals provides property management services for Suntec REIT's Suntec City portfolio, comprising approximately 1.3 million square feet of prime office space and over 800,000 square feet of retail space. APM is also the managing agent of the Management Corporation Strata Title Plan No. 2179, responsible for the management and maintenance of the common property of the Suntec City integrated complex.
APM expanded into Malaysia in 2010 with the establishment of APM Malaysia providing property management services for 1 Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, under the Group's flagship private real estate fund portfolio.
