In September 2011, ARA was once again named as one of "Asia's 200 Best Under A Billion" by Forbes Asia. ARA is proud to be the only company to retain its spot this year out of 2010's eight Singapore companies. Selection for the prestigious award is based on both sales and earnings growth out of over 15,000 listed companies with sales of under US$1 billion in the Asia Pacific region that have best managed through the economic volatility that began in 2008. ARA also won the Business Superbrands Award 2011 and the Merit Award - Internal Audit Excellence Award in the Securities Investors Association of Singapore Investors' Choice Award 2011.
Suntec REIT also received an accolade for being the Runner Up (REITs category) - Most Transparent Company Award in the Securities Investors Association of Singapore Investors' Choice Awards 2011.
