Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays)
7.00 am - 5.00 pm $1.07 per half an hour or part thereof
5.00 pm - 12.00 midnight $2.14 flat per entry
12.00 midnight - 7.00 am the next day $1.07 per hour or part thereof
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
7.00 am - 12.00 midnight $1.07 per hour or part thereof
12.00 midnight - 7.00 am the next day $1.07 per hour or part thereof

Terms and Conditions
  1. The Management Corporation Strata Title Plan No. 2197 accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any theft, damage or other misdemeanour to vehicles while parked in the car parks or any premises within the development.
  2. All vehicles are parked at the owners' risks.
  3. The use of the car parks is subject to the provisions of the Parking Places Act and the Rules made thereunder.
  4. A prescribed minimum fee will be imposed for the loss of parking tickets.
  5. Vehicles will be clamped for unauthorised parking in the car parks. An administrative charge of $100.00 (subject to GST) will be imposed for the removal of the wheel clamps.
